Where are you located?
We are located at 2A High Street Kensington, our entrance is underneath the Royal Garden Hotel, look out for a red telephone box.

Do you have a phone number?

How many bars are there?
We have two cocktail bars, our main bar in the Lounge and a second stunning cocktail bar by our friends at Casamigo’s.  The Casamigo’s bar is located inside Percy’s Club room.

Do you serve food?
We do! With seasonality at its heart, the menu curated by Executive Chef Nick Wyborn rotates on a seasonal basis keeping things fresh and exciting. Celebrating the best of British, the kitchen at Percy’s will serve tapas style dishes, perfect for sharing throughout the evening. From 10pm the kitchen serves a late-night menu keeping you fuelled for more dancing throughout the night.

What about if we just want drinks?
All guests are welcome at Percy’s whether just for drinks, just for food or for both.

Do you have live music or DJ’s?
Of course – we wouldn’t be Percy’s without it.  Please keep an eye on our what’s on  Percy’s Nightspage for our line-up and more information.

Can we dance?
Percy’s insists on it!

You are fully booked on my requested date and time, is there any way I can still come?
We welcome walk-ins and always keep space for friends of Percy’s. Please do pop by and see us and our team will do their best to find a spot for you

There are only two of us, do we need to book?
Bookings aren’t required, we encourage you to drop by and see us.

We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Please call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Percy’s is accessible for guests using wheelchairs, please do let us know if you are joining us and using a wheelchair so that we can ensure the best suited space.

Can I bring my baby/child with me?
Unfortunately not. Percy’s door staff will request photo Identification from anyone who does not visibly appear over the age of 25 years.

Can I bring my own food and drink with me?
Percy’s is a licenced venue offering a full menu throughout the evening – with this in mind food and or beverages purchased from other businesses (including birthday cakes) will not be permitted to be consumed on site

Do you cater for allergies & intolerances?
Most certainly, please do let us know ahead of your reservation.

Can I bring a birthday cake with me?
Please ask our team for more information about ways we can help you celebrate a birthday

Can I pre order drinks and food?
Our team are on hand both behind the bar on the floor to assist with ordering on the night, pre-ordering won’t be necessary.

Can I run a tab?
Most certainly, please speak with the team on arrival who will be able to assist with setting this up

Do you have a dress code?
Please feel free to wear your favourite outfit and dress up if you are in the mood. A polite request to leave sportswear, caps and open toe shoes (unless heels) in the closet for another time, thank you for your understanding.

Do you have a cloakroom?
Certainly, Percy’s provides a cloakroom to store your belongings.

I think I have lost something in your venue, who do I contact?
Please contact us on the number provided.

Can I smoke on site?
Smoking is permitted outside the venue, please don’t forgot your friends are inside longing to spend time with you!

Do you accept AMEX?
All major credit cards are welcome to be used

Is there somewhere I can park?
Paid secure parking is available next door at The Royal Garden Hotel here

Do you serve Halal meat?
For guests requiring Halal we offer a selection of vegetarian and seafood-based dishes.  Meat products featured on our menu are not certified Halal, we apologise for any inconvenience

Where do I ask my taxi to drop/pick me up?
Taxi’s are able to drop-off outside the venue at 2a High Street Kensington

What happens when I arrive?
You will be greeted by our team and directed to our front desk host who will show you to your table.

Do you have table service?
Most certainly, it’s how we get to know your favourite cocktails

What time do you close?
Very, very late. Last drinks are called 30 minutes prior to closing time, our team will let you know.
